Welcome to the Barnabas Venture. Our mission is to help French-speaking Africa through leadership training. The church in many parts of Africa is burgeoning, and leaders are in desperate need of training at all levels, both in terms of the number of leaders and the level of training that they receive.
The Barnabas Venture currently contributes in the area of the theological training of leaders at the doctoral level. We are particularly interested in the development of doctoral programs on African soil, but to make this happen, existing faculty must also have an opportunity to do post-doctoral research.
The Barnabas Venture is an associate member of the Canadian Centre for World Mission.
